Job Embarkment Drive
We at Shanaya & Siyarah's Job Bank believe that ‘Right to work’ is every person’s right. Here at Shanaya & Siyarah’s Job Bank we help underprivileged Job Seekers who cross the age of 18 to find work and plan their careers, and we make it easier for employers to recruit and hire them with zero resources in India and across the globe. This magnificent initiative is a postulation of Shanaya & Siyarah’s Foundation which aims to bring powerful and positive changes in Society because we believe that there is no power for change greater than a community that overcomes hard luck with their hard work.
Counselling Drive
Our board of Counsellors then studies each profile and then a personal one – two – one analysis is done for each underprivileged Job Seeker. We help the underprivileged Job Seeker to understand the career opportunities, options available, analyze their strengths and weaknesses and helps in finding the perfect career path for them. We are not only limited to finding the best career option, but also provides a detailed execution plan with complete career clarity. We groom underprivileged Job Seekers to stand out in there interviews by conducting counselling sessions with each one of them.
Recruitment Drive
We at Shanaya and Siyarah’s Job Bank only accept job postings from authorized organizations. Our Requirement Drive, which takes place every month we forward the resume of the underprivileged Job Seeker to the organization. We only advertise a Job for 30 calendar days at a time. It is up to the organization to extend the job posting if the position are still vacant. We do not advertise job postings that don’t comply with employment standards and human rights laws of the state. We also decline or suspend any job posting that is offensive, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate.
